I’m Miranda Couvreur, the face behind Dreamy Beginnings Pediatrics. I am based in Tamworth, ON, but I travel to Napanee, Belleville, Kingston, and the surrounding areas to serve tired families. If you aren’t local or prefer not to have anyone in your home, I can do everything by video chat!

In 2021, my journey into motherhood began with the arrival of my identical twin daughters. Everything felt good until we hit the infamous 4-month sleep regression. Sleepless nights and endless wakings left me feeling defeated, but I was determined to find a solution. I turned to online resources and tested methods until I found what worked for my babies.

Fast forward to 2022, when we welcomed another baby girl. She came with her own personality and, of course, her own set of sleep challenges. With each night of trial and error, I learned more about the art and science of baby sleep, building on my experiences. These moments of struggle and triumph became the foundation of my passion for sleep coaching and sent me on my mission to help other families.
