I’m Miranda Couvreur, the face behind Dreamy Beginnings Pediatrics. I am based in Tamworth, ON, but I travel to Napanee, Belleville, Kingston, and the surrounding areas to serve tired families. If you aren’t local or prefer not to have anyone in your home, I can do everything by video chat!

I became a Mom in 2021 when I was blessed with identical twin girls. They were the ones that started me on my sleep coaching journey. Once the 4-month sleep regression hit, I was completely lost on how to get my babies sleeping. Thankfully, I was able to use some online resources that were recommended to me to get the girls back on track.

In 2022, we welcomed another baby girl to our family, and she proved to be a bit more of a challenge with sleep. So, once again, I got to researching and trying different things to help her sleep well.

It was during this time that I seriously considered becoming a sleep coach. Being a nurse by trade, my passion is helping people, but I wanted to be able to stay home with my babies, so becoming a sleep coach has been a dream come true for me.
